About us

We make culture understandable for everyone.

amuseapp was born from the meeting of museum, marketing, and technology experts, with a simple idea: there's no single way to tell the story of a work of art. Today we help over 250 cultural venues speak the language of every visitor.

Mission & Vision

Mission

Every visitor deserves to understand what they see.

We use technology to make this possible, in every museum, regardless of its size or budget. We want to help cultural venues, from the great international museum to the small village church, tell the right story to every visitor, reducing cognitive overload and accessibility gaps. All without fixed costs, because cultural innovation shouldn't be a privilege for the few.

Vision

We imagine a world where every visit to a cultural venue is exciting, accessible, understandable, engaging, and personalized for everyone: children, experts, families, people with disabilities, visitors from every part of the world. A world that overcomes the linguistic, technological, and economic barriers that still divide those who can access culture from those who are left out. We believe in a future where technology is not an obstacle between the visitor and the artwork, but the bridge that unites them.

Our story

From direct experience with Italian cultural institutions, including the Doge’s Palace in Venice, came the question that gave rise to amuseapp: why does culture, in Italy, remain so hard to make accessible to everyone?

From this question, in 2024, amuseapp was born: a spin-off of Larin, a marketing and digital transformation agency from Belluno, founded by Marco Da Rin Zanco, Michele Da Rold, and Alberto Nalin. The core idea is as simple as it is ambitious: there is no single way to tell the story of a museum to everyone. A child, an art expert, a person with a sensory disability, a foreign tourist: everyone deserves their own version of the story.

In 2025 the project took the decisive step and became an independent company, with its own platform and console. It's the year amuseapp stopped being just a product and became infrastructure: its technological heart is amuseagent, the AI agent capable of turning raw materials, like publications, texts, and talks, into multilingual itineraries tailored to every type of visitor.

Today amuseapp is the official audio guide of the Doge's Palace in Venice, one of Italy's most visited museums, and is used by over 250 cultural venues across the country, surpassing 500,000 total users. A €350,000 pre-seed investment round gave the project further momentum, paving the way for growth in international markets. But the substance hasn't changed since day one: using technology to bring people closer to art, not to replace it.

What guides us

Our values

Art and the visitor, first

Every technological solution must serve the artwork and the visitor experience. Technology accompanies and enhances art, it does not replace it.

Accessibility and inclusion

Culture has no borders. Our tools must be usable by anyone, in every cultural venue in the world.

Experiment without limits

Curiosity drives innovation. We test, improve, and evolve alongside technology.

Solidity and reliability

We build solutions meant to last: stable software, constant updates, continuous growth.

Innovation with purpose

Every new feature is born to have a real impact on the visitor experience, never innovation for its own sake.

They already trust us

Over 250 cultural venues rely on amuseapp

National museums, foundations, galleries, parks, and religious institutions: the same technology adapts to different contexts, with the same goal - giving every collection a voice.
